Starting in July 2025, most HR business processes will be completed in Workday, a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, that will replace Human Resources System (HRS). Workday’s integrated platform, supplemented where needed, will allow us to share information easily between different administrative units and areas, including finance and research administration.
What’s new?
CARES – The Compensation And Recruitment Employment System (CARES) is an application that houses the three forms required for a department to submit a job requisition, overload, or compensation change to their HR contact.
SkillSurvey – A reference tool designed to provide complete and timely reference feedback on candidates and will supplement our current interview, assessment, and background checking processes.
