What will happen to MyUW?
MyUW will still be available and will continue to be used as it is today (this includes information beyond time and benefits). Employees may use the MyUW portal to access Workday. A Workday home page will replace separate tiles for payroll information such as earning statements, update direct deposit, tax statements, and update W4. The Workday home page tile will also replace the time and absence information (including manager approval for time and absence).
These changes become effective in mid-July 2025 when Workday is implemented. More information will be shared as it becomes available.
How will I view and print my paystubs?
The first payroll processed in Workday starts on June 29 and closes on July 19, 2025. Employees will be able to view and print a payslip in late July 2025. To view payslips in Workday, employees will navigate to their profile > pay > payslips. Paychecks processed prior to June 29 will still be available to view in MyUW. More information will be communicated as it becomes available.
How will I update my address?
In mid-July 2025, employees will use Workday to ensure personal information is current. This includes updating and confirming a mailing address. To preview how to update an address in Workday, view this two-minute video from the UXT Digital Shorts Video Series.
