Formulate 5-year strategic framework for the College of Engineering

Framework should identify:

  • Strategic priorities for the next five years: ~5 priority areas
  • Goals for each priority
  • High level strategies

Strategic planning will also document potential action items

  • Not focused on development of detailed action items at this time, will develop these in a 2nd stage

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders on the draft

  • Revise plan based on stakeholder input

January 2026 (tentative)

  • Present draft plan to COE leadership (with ongoing briefings throughout)
  • Collect additional feedback from leadership and stakeholder groups

February 2026 (tentative)

  • Finalize and release public-facing strategic plan
