Research mentorship
Research Mentor Training will help you develop effective mentoring skills, which are key to developing a mutually beneficial, productive mentoring relationship, and a healthy research environment. This workshop series is offered for faculty through the College, and for graduate students and postdocs through the Delta Program.
Engineering 4 All
Engineering 4 All (E4All) is a year-long professional development program designed to connect and support faculty and instructors across the College of Engineering to collectively advance teaching of cross-disciplinary professional skills for undergraduate students that are ubiquitous to all engineering disciplines (e.g., leadership, communication, ethical practices, and teamwork).
Creating Research Environments That Work for All
Join your colleagues for facilitated discussions over coffee or tea to hear from experts, and share strategies for effectively managing your research groups.
John Brady Memorial Lecture
The John Brady Memorial Lecture Series is an annual event open to all faculty and staff in the College of Engineering that honors the memory of John Brady, a former student in the College. The Lecture Series charges us to remain diligent in our commitment to provide a safe, welcoming environment in the College of Engineering where students, faculty and staff can thrive.

Fall Distinguished Lecture Series
Join your colleagues to connect and learn from local and nationally-known scholars about issues impacting the culture of Engineering. Participants will be encouraged to apply what is learned during the session to their own practice, whether in instructional or non-instructional spaces in the College.
Reflecting on your professional development
Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to engage in professional development opportunities throughout the year in order to collectively advance a culture of belonging for all in the College.
Bring Professional Development to Your Team
Our staff are available to design and deliver professional development opportunities for office teams, programs, committees, research teams, classrooms, and departments.
