The ability to work effectively as part of a team is an essential skill in engineering. Cross-cultural humility skills can support you in becoming a better team member and having better relationships with your peers and colleagues. In this session, you will engage in interactive experiences to support your development two core cross-cultural humility skills: self-awareness of your own values and how they shape your experience of the world, and your active listening skills to engaged others with curiosity.
