Nominations are solicited annually in March and groupings will be updated each March. Time period for voting is April of each year with awarding in May of each year. The awards will be presented at the end of the academic year department celebration and all awardees will be invited to attend.

Candidates are nominated by their peers via google survey (link: https://forms.gle/C6yhr1MHX2nLoEJQ9).

Members of the department make nominations with the google survey, submitting a brief 1-3 sentence description of why their nominee is deserving of recognition. Members of the department may nominate TWO people from each category. Self-nomination is not allowed.

After nominations are submitted, a final ballot will be created for voting.

This nomination form is a means to recognize members of the Mechanical Engineering Department outside of the College of Engineering’s standard faculty/staff awards. You may vote for two people in each category.
